Join the Peaceful Protest Against an Illegitimate Government – Refuse to Pay the Voluntary Income Tax

Patriots, if, as we are witnessing before our very eyes, the US election is stolen, there is a nonviolent means for U.S. patriots to fight the illegitimate government.
We The People can protest without violence and without breaking the law by refusing to pay the “voluntary” Income Tax. That’s right. What if 70 million Americans learn that the income tax is voluntary and they don’t have to pay it? legally!
The Trump 2020 Tea Party.
A major benefit from a lawful tax revolt would be the stimulus to the private sector.

The first thing to do is come up to speed by watching Aaron Russo’s wonderful documentary, Freedom to Fascism. Americans learn that, if, there is a law requiring us to pay an “income tax,” from ordinary wages and earnings, it has not been shown to the American public.

Determined to find the law that requires American citizens to pay income tax, producer Aaron Russo set out on a journey to find the evidence. Neither left nor right-wing, this startling examination of government exposes the systematic erosion of civil liberties in America since 1913 when the Federal Reserve system was fraudulently created. Through interviews with two U.S. Congressmen, former IRS Commissioner and former IRS and FBI agents, tax attorneys and authors, Russo connects the dots between money creation, federal income tax, and the national identity card, which becomes law in May 2008 and will use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology.
Russo couldn’t find the law, because it was enacted in the 1860s during the civil war. The first income tax was legal because it only taxed earnings that were based on federal privilege. Today, that would be earnings from social security, military salaries, interest from a Federal savings bank, etc.
The United States supreme court ruled that the 16th Amendment did not confer any new taxing power. (Brushaber v. Union Pacific R. Co., 240 U.S. 1 (1916))
Thanks to super-patriot Pete Hendrickson, LostHorizons.COM and author of Cracking the Code, we learn that the original federal income tax law is still in effect and that the Federal income tax, while “perfectly” legal (i.e. constitutional) does not apply to most wages or non-federal earnings. Most American’s pay it “voluntarily.” Although of course they don’t know this.
In other words, We The People (the 50% who are about to be disenfranchised) can help drain the swamp by turning off the $$$ spigot – legally!
This idea beats an all out bloody civil war.
